Our Strategy

Our overall strategy is focused on stability and a reduction in operating expenditure and we will maintain a focus on increasing the net trading surplus from all trading departments. The focus on stability will include reviewing, monitoring and controlling operating costs and conducting an analysis to ensure maximum utilisation of available floor space.  We will maintain a strong focus on financial performance by setting and implementing strong KPI's and will strive to stabilise profitability and membership during this time.

We will actively explore growth strategies to allow for increase revenue and explore other opportunities for facilities development and diversification so as to provide maximisation of new services and benefits to members.
